with someone that has no license while on top of that drove another persons car no insurance the owner of the truck just has pip
so the only thing i can do is go after mine
as i carry um as i am still in pain and have a court date for him on 6-9 08 which they will just give him a fine and be on his way while i will have to do a civil matter
